As part of our three weekends of Oktoberfest, we are starting off each Sunday with a wheat beer brunch. Chef Kevin's food menu is below. I got to try both the crepes and pancakes last weekend. Wow oh wow, both were truly amazing. I'll be back for more this Sunday. The truffle toast was a big hit too yesterday.
Wheat beer selections will be announced closer to the weekend.

Oktoberfest Wheat Beer Brunch
Westphalian Crepes 12
Crepes stuffed with black forest ham, scrambles eggs, Swiss cheese with breakfast potatoes
Bauernfouhstuck (German farmers breakfast) 12
Large egg scramble with potatoes, ham, onion, peppers, bacon and cheddar cheese served with curry ketchup.
Potato Pancake Eggs Benedict 12
Canadian bacon, sautéed spinach, hollandaise sauce over potato pancakes
Truffle Egg Toast 9.5
Grilled asparagus, fontina cheese, with breakfast potatoes
Black Forest Pancakes 10
Pancakes with chocolate chips, whipped cream and a cherry sauce with choice of one side

Two mild white veal sausages, German soft pretzel, whole grain mustard
