This Month is Hogust. Next Month Brings Oktoberfest!

We have been kicking it into high gear with Hogust this month. Did you see the post about Chef Kevin's freshly made head cheese scrapple? And there's 25 more days of tasty pork dishesto come!

While we are celebrating Hogust, we are also looking forward to next month which brings our first Oktoberfest.

Patrick and I have been making plans, placing phone calls, and sending emails. Hop Angel will be going all out for our first Oktoberfest, with three big weekends of outdoor fun (indoors if it rains).

Every Saturday and Sunday from September 17th to October 2nd, we will have live music, food, and of course beer. We will feature different US and German fest beers each weekend. Each Sunday will start off with a Wheat Beer Brunch and continue with live music.
