I wish you guys the best of luck in restoring The Old Brauhaus to The Hop Angel Brauhaus. I worked there in the 80's as a bus boy and a prep chef (i.e., oxmaul salat, clams, fried mushrooms, etc) under Thekla and Walter. It was a great place to work. I learned allot about food preparation and quaility service...Best German food around and a great atmosphere with loyal clientele. I can't wait to come down and try it out. I grew up in Fox Chase and my parents used to go there all the time.I now live in Bucks County with my wife and kids.... I am very glad to see that someone is interested in serving up that atmosphere again. Vielen Glück.
