Today we hope to have a signed agreement of sale. After that we still need to negotiate the lease and get LCB approval for the license transfer.

The license transfer process usually takes about 3 months so we might be open sometime this summer.

    We are hoping for a soft opening as of September 1st, but that's not written in ink let alone stone. 9/1 should be doable though.
