Chef Matt and I went down to Dock Street in West Philly to watch brewmaster Ben Potts brew the first batch of Hop Angel Angel Fuel. This beer will be super-hoppy. We told him to hop the heck out of it. Well we used a different word, but you get the gist.
Hop Angel Angel Fuel should be ready in about 6 weeks.
